We conducted an audit of the fiscal operations of the Puerto Rico Land Administration (Administration) to determine whether they were carried out in accordance with applicable law and regulations. We conducted it based on the authority conferred upon us by Article III, Section 22 of the Constitution of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and by Act No. 9 of July 24, 1952, as amended.
