SOME SITUATIONS THAT WARRANT A COMPLAINT:

Damage or neglect of movable or immovable government property
Appropriation or embezzlement of public funds.
Illegal purchases of materials or equipment.
Irregularities in the auctions.

Improper intervention in purchasing processes.
Contracts that are onerous to the treasury or that have not been granted in accordance with laws and regulations.
Employees who receive salaries without working (ghost employees)
