We conducted a compliance audit of the fiscal operations of the Puerto Rico Telecommunications Bureau (Bureau). This was to determine whether the Bureau required the telecommunications companies to make the contributions to the Universal Service Fund, and whether the disbursements made included the required supporting documents; as provided by the applicable laws and regulations.
