We conducted an operational audit of the Immunization Division of the Department of Health (Department) to determine whether it performed with effectiveness, efficiency, and economy in carrying out its functions and in achieving its objectives and goals. In addition, to evaluate the accessibility of immunization services in Puerto Rico for children and adolescents up to 18 years of age. We conducted it under the authority conferred upon us in Article III, Section 22 of the Constitution of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and in Act No. 9 of July 24, 1952, as amended.
