We conducted an audit of the fiscal operations of the Child Support Administration (ASUME), attached to the Department of the Family (Department), to determine whether they were carried out in accordance with the applicable law and regulations. We did so based on the authority conferred upon us by Article III, Section 22 of the Constitution of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and by Act No. 9 of July 24, 1952, as amended.
