The Office of the Comptroller of Puerto Rico issued a favorable opinion on the operations of the Carolina Judicial Region of the General Court of Justice, regarding the administrative and internal controls of the disbursement and collection transactions.
The tests performed and the evidence revealed that the operations were carried out in all significant respects in accordance with the applicable law and regulations. Therefore, no findings are included in this Report.
The Report covers the period from January 1, 2015 to February 28, 2019.
