The Office of the Comptroller of Puerto Rico issues a favorable opinion on the fiscal operations of the Bayamón Housing Development Corporation, C.D., and no findings are included in this Report.
The CDVB was organized to promote housing development in Bayamón. Its budget for the calendar years 2012 to 2016 amounted to $786,794, $763,681, $773,717, $757,890 and $791,157. The Corporation obtains its revenues from the rental of properties such as housing projects and commercial premises. Its audited financial statements from 2012 to 2015 reflect surpluses of $666,775, $1.1 million, $816,304 and $741,675 respectively.
