The Office of the Comptroller of Puerto Rico issued a favorable opinion on the operations of the Information Technology Directorate of the Office of Court Administration, related to the internal controls for the administration of security, logical access, and continuity of service.
The tests performed and the evidence revealed that the operations of the Information Technology Directorate were carried out, in all significant aspects, in accordance with the applicable standards and regulation, and that these controls were effective.
The draft of the Report included two findings, but after evaluating the comments of the Court Administration and the evidence provided, it was determined that they took the pertinent corrective actions to correct the situations. The Report covers the period from October 9, 2018 to February 11, 2019.
