(San Juan-PR) – The Office of the Comptroller invites citizens to participate in the survey: “What do you think about the entity that oversees the public resources of your country?”, in coordination with the Latin American and Caribbean Organization of Supreme Audit Institutions (OLACEFS), to measure the perception of the Office's oversight work. The survey, which is conducted simultaneously in all member countries, is available until August 5 on the web portal www.ocpr.gov.pr.
“We want to know the perception of the public and private sector, of civil organizations, and of citizens, regarding the oversight work of this Office. The result of the survey, which consists of five questions, will serve as a reference for us to calibrate our outreach strategies and improve in order to achieve excellence,” indicated the Comptroller, Yesmín M. Valdivieso.
The survey is anonymous and is completed in three minutes. Its methodology is based on the quantitative and qualitative analysis of the responses on the SenseMaker® software platform. This tool, which maps the system of beliefs, values, and decisions, has been applied in more than 350 business and governmental cases worldwide. “At the Office of the Comptroller we are committed to improving the oversight and administration of Government property and funds. We urge you to complete the survey before Monday, August 5, since your opinion contributes to fulfilling our mission,” stated Comptroller Valdivieso.
