We conducted an investigation of four complaints from the Municipality of San Juan regarding the use of public funds in various mass events. We carried it out under the authority conferred upon us in Article III, Section 22 of the Constitution of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and in Act No. 9 of July 24, 1952, as amended.
