We carried out an investigation of a complaint about irregularities related to the disposal of the property of the Emilio Scharón Rodríguez School in the Municipality of San Sebastián. We conducted it on the basis of the authority conferred upon us in Article III, Section 22 of the Constitution of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, and in Act No. 9 of July 24, 1952, as amended.
