Dear Madam Comptroller: Official Letter A-409-2022 Guatemala, July 21, 2022 On commemorating the LXX institutional anniversary of the Office of the Comptroller of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, this coming July 24, I take the opportunity to express to you on behalf of the Presidency of the Central American and Caribbean Organization of Supreme Audit Institutions (OCCEFS) and of the Comptroller General of Accounts of the Republic of Guatemala, the most sincere and affectionate congratulations, which I extend to the personnel who work in such a prestigious Organization. It bears mentioning my commitment to continue working for the benefit of our Institutions and of the Organizations that bring us together; as well as for the strengthening of the relations of friendship between our SAIs. In reiterating my congratulations, I formulate sincere wishes that the Office of the Comptroller of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico continue to successfully fulfill its invaluable work of oversight of public resources, the fight against corruption and in favor of transparency.
