Thanksgiving Day
is one of the most beautiful celebrations of the year that we experience,
like a great gathering with our family and loved ones.
The reason for this celebration is also very beautiful:
to give thanks to God for all the blessings He bestows upon us.
The Office of the Comptroller joins the celebration of this significant day.
The act of giving thanks helps us grow
in understanding, empathy and to be more supportive.
This year we celebrate our 70th anniversary;
a good moment to give thanks for all the opportunities, fruits,
and, above all, for the friendships and colleagues
that form a great family at the Office of the Comptroller.
Today I give thanks to all the staff,
and I hope that the joy that being grateful brings
strengthens our commitment to the Office!
