SAN JUAN: The Office of the Comptroller of Puerto Rico unveiled Monday the redesign of its complaint-filing web page, “making it more attractive and better organized”.
It was noted that, among the content changes, instead of the form being called “link”, it is now accessed through the title “File a complaint”, and it includes examples of some situations that qualify for filing a complaint.
It also includes complaints (Brochure); the laws that protect the rights of people who report acts of corruption; other informational brochures and three related videos.
